I have had the pleasure of individually working with over one thousand women by both coaching or training them toward their lifestyle goals.
I began my study toward health and fitness at Eastern Illinois University in 2009 and graduated early with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
After graduation I moved to Florida to intern at Medical Exercise Associates in Daytona Beach. During my internship I learned from one of the co-creators of Nautilus Exercise Equipment and got the experience I craved to propel me forward into my next venture.
Shortly after my internship I moved back to the Midwest & got my first job as a personal trainer for a corporate gym. I obtained my certification through American College of Sports Medicine and furthered my knowledge with a 2nd certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine.
from 2011 to 2018 I chose to go all out with competing in fitness competitions & even self-coached myself for years.
In 2018 I decided to walk away from my professional title as an IFBB Bikini Pro in order to pursue my dreams of helping more women achieve their health goals in a realistic and sustainable manner.
