MONTH 1

The first month we will work towards building a firm foundation around your nutrition and exercise habits. We will also work on shaping your mindset around food, movement, and your body.

MONTH 2

The second month we will dive deep into mindset. Now that you have created a habit out of moving & fueling your body consistently, we can discover what mental blocks may be holding you back from sustaining your results long-term.

MONTH 3

Month three is all about getting your systems in place. We will continue to work on mastering your habits that you have picked up in month one and month two. This month is the cherry on top that will allow you to walk away from the program with the confidence & clarity you need to sustain your results for life and discover what balance means to you.

 

MY 90 DAY MENTORSHIP PROGRAM INCLUDES ALL OF THIS!

  • One 30 minute 1:1 zoom video call with Katie to check-in on a personal level. (Receive an additional 30 minute 1:1 zoom video call if you pay in full). 

  • 12 Live trainings + Q&As (1 per week) on a different topic via zoom

  • New workouts every other week with video demonstrations of each exercise 

  • New sample meal plan every other week (plant based samples provided as well)

  •  Private facebook & Instagram community

  • Pre-coaching document before entering the program  

  • Accountability partner(s) within the group  

This is the most interactive experience that I have offered in my 6 years of being a certified fitness coach.
